A lot can change in a year! And it can be good!
Reflections on the freelance to full time transition
Hi friends,
The anxious part of my brain doesn’t want to write this but that’s how I know I should. A year ago this week, I started a full time job after more than five years of freelancing. As a freelancer, I wrote articles, newsletters (this one and sometimes others), copy for restaurants and websites, recipes, blogs, and an ebook. I taught classes online and in person, I made reels, I sent invoices, I dreaded tax season. I got to work with incredible people, try new things, hone my skills, and connect with so many great people. But it was time for a change and I made one. You can read about that below.
Now I’m a year into working at Isetta and so happy with my decision.
