I’ve been really finding a lot of joy in grocery shopping lately. While home sick, I ate mostly at home and since I have no travel coming up for a bit, I’m planning to do lots of cooking and grocery shopping. After all, grocery stores are well lit, open late, and heated, what’s not to like (besides inflation)? Do I sound really boring? I’m leaning into it.

Whole milk yogurt from Brown Cow: I’ve been on a journey with yogurt—it started with gogurt and YoCrunch and then we had the greek yogurt era and lots of 0% Chobani and Faye. I never tried Activia but those yogurts sure had an impact on the culture. Erica, a longtime proponent of full fat yogurt, pushed me to start buying 2% yogurt while we worked together (thank you!) Then, once my doctor told me to eat more yogurt for probiotics and protein, I decided to experiment and try to make the process more enjoyable. I started buying non greek yogurt and realizing I prefer the texture of the regular stuff. And then I gave Brown Cow’s whole milk cream on top yogurt a try.
