As I’ve written about before in this accidental series of friendship newsletters, keeping in touch with friends is very important to me. That involves making plans, making calls, and keeping them whenever possible. A few weeks ago I read an article about how so many corporate tools, like google docs, spreadsheets, and calendar invites have become part of our personal lives. No matter how good your memory is, we are fallible and need support (and I know the number of events and appointments multiplies when kids are in the picture).
