This is the last newsletter I’ll write this summer so I thought it would be a good time to reflect on my summer bucket list and reflect on a few things I’m looking forward to this fall. I have mixed feelings on fall—it has some really fun moments but goes by quite fast and leads to my least favorite time of the year, winter. I get cold easily and it’s hard to have a good time when you’re physically uncomfortable. But, preparation is key and there’s a lot to love about the next few months!
But first, the number one accomplishment on my summer bucket list was dry cleaning a coat in advance! I feel so proud (thank you to Dale for dropping it off). Other major highlights were The Eras tour, hosting a TNHS meetup in August, and packing my lunch most of the time. I did not nail my iced coffee routine, shop secondhand, or say no to enough things, but we will get there in time. Goals are meant to evolve and it’s a bucket list, it’s not that serious.
