This morning, I woke up at seven and preheated my oven. I’m going to dinner at my parents’ house tonight and am in charge of dessert. I also had plans to be out all day and the Brooklyn —> Manhattan —> Brooklyn —> Queens route is a bit of a drag. All this meant I was scooping cookie dough before breakfast.
