As soon as I read about the matzah pizza, I just had to have one. I ran downstairs, fired up the oven and used some leftover kale salad with pine nuts and dates, plus mozzarella, and because you can't have too much garlic, about a teaspoon of garlic pesto. Yum!! Thanks for the idea!
